This book is a book that answers such questions by itself. And at the center of that answer is my own Nuruk. (Fortunately, the blog I started writing in 2018 has been a great help.) Every day new K-Sool are released and more people are trying to brew K-Sool directly. If you search YouTube several times, there are plenty of ways to brew K-Sool and content overflowing with it, but actually making it easy enough is not comparable to making your own K-Sool that you really want. I am sure that my failures and experiences will be helpful to many K-Sool borrowers who have the same concerns as me.

• Have brewed once or twice but don’t know what to do next
• Are curious about how others are brewing K-Sool
• Want to have your own unique K-Sool that doesn’t exist in the world
