Understanding Employee Information Behavior consists of 6 chapters. Chapter 1 includes a brief review and introduction of the purpose and background of this research and puts forward related questions. In Chapter 2, a theoretical review is given, detailing the factors influencing information contribution, as well as the effects of relationship culture and employee performance expectations on information contribution with Chinese characteristics. Chapter 3 shows a structural model for modeling and simulation of information contribution. Chapter 4 gives a careful description of the research methodology, including questionnaire research, variable definitions, etc. Chapter 5 is about data analysis, which further validates the stability and operability of the model through SPSS&AMOS data software analysis. Chapter 6 concludes with implications, limitations and future research.
This book is revised and perfected on the basis of my doctoral dissertation, which systematically shows the framework and process of enterprise case study. It is of help to the readers’ practical dissertation writing and statistical analysis of data. Moreover, it is an attempt to combine the basic theory with Chinese relational culture. By reading it, readers are hoped to have a deep understanding of China and Chinese SMEs or get partial references and guidelines as SMEs operators.
