경남과학고,KAIST를졸업하고바로대치동에서학생들을가르쳤다.아이가초등학교에들어가기직전분당으로이사해지역학생들을계속가르쳤다.그동안만났던수많은학생과학부모를보면서자연스럽게교육관과철학을정립할수있었고,아이가초등학교,중학교를지나는동안이를적용하면서양육했다.아들을한국과학영재학교에합격시켜서실현가능하고의미있는교육관임을검증했다.또한많은공부량속에서도여전히좋은사이를유지하고있어,회복가능하고파괴적이지않은양육법에대해조금은이야기할수있게되었다.

현재학원관리프로그램'어나더클래스'의대표이며,학생들을가르치는일도겸하고있다.
