선플라워(Sunflower)

모든 꽃은 저마다의 시간에 따라 성장한다.
이것은 의견도, 아이디어도 아닌, 모두가 받아들여야 할 단순한 사실이다.

어떤 꽃은 빠르게 절정에 이르고,
어떤 꽃은 늦게 피어난다.

하지만 둘 다 생존을 위해 빛이 필요하다.

그들은 본능적으로 빛의 의미를 알지 못한다.
아니다.
그러나 생존을 위해 빛을 필요로 하고, 갈망한다.

해바라기의 삶은 사람의 삶을 완벽히 닮았다.

계속해서 깨달음을 찾고, 실패했을 때 쇠약해지는 모습까지.

동화 '해바라기(Sunflower)'는 희망의 등불로 쓰여졌다.

이른 피어남도, 늦게 피어난 이도 새롭게 시작할 수 있도록.

해바라기처럼 어둠 속이 아니라, 밝은 등불을 이미 손에 들고서

Every flower takes its own time to grow.
That is neither opinion nor idea, but a mere fact all must embrace.
Some are quick to arise to their acme,
And some are late bloomers.
But both need light to survive.
They do not inherently know the meaning of light, no.
But they need it, crave it, to survive.
A sunflower’s life perfectly mirrors one of people.
The constant search for enlightenment, the deterioration when in failure.
[Sunflower] was written to be a beacon of hope.
In both young and old bloomers, so that they can begin anew.
Not in darkness like Sunflower, but with a bright lamp already in their hands.
