Description
In order to systematically reveal the pharmacological properties of the chemical components that make up natural products, it is necessary to find out not only their metabolic phenomena but also the properties of the molecular structure that make up their chemical components. The first step in determining the properties of these molecular structures must be to analyze the separation of active ingredients constituting natural products, and the interpretation of structural identification (UV, IR, NMR, mass, etc.) must be accompanied.
Therefore, for the separation analysis of effective ingredients, we tried to find out the most basic sample pre-treatment method and deal with the process leading to the basics and applications of liquid chromatography. In addition, the application and interpretation of some known natural product HPLC analysis results according to the structure of chemical components were dealt with. In addition, it was intended to identify the chemical structure of various natural ingredients applied to functional foods and use them as reference materials for component analysis according to LC analysis.
