저자A.JFarquhar는미국에서SavannahCollegeofArtandDesign대학원을졸업하고,Springs(USA),Dillard's(USA),Macy's(USA),Abercrombie&Fitch(USA),JuicyCouture(USA),Aritzia(Canada)등에서시니어디자이너와크리에이티브디렉터로근무를했었다.지금은프리랜서디자이너로경력을이어가고있다.
디자이너로서살아온대부분의삶에서“그림을보면서읽는영어책”을만드는작업은새로운도전이었고,지금도그림과디자인을통해사회의여러분야를이해하려고하는작업은계속진행중이다.
