저자

홍동표

저자홍동표는충북괴산출생.건국대(법학),연세대행정대학원(법학석사)을거쳐숭실대대학원에서법학박사학위를받았다.미FBIAcademy폭발물과정,청주대학교고위정책관리자과정,충북대학교최고경영자과정,충청대학교CEO과정을수료하였다.간부29기로경찰에입문,국립과학수사연구원에근무하던당시흡연의해독성을알게되어이후금연전도사로활동하고있다.
정부중앙청사경비대장,충북진천?청주흥덕경찰서장등을거쳐퇴직한후인도뉴델리SinwooPackKoreaCo.,Ltd.법인장을거쳐현재한국교육문화재단이사겸연구소장으로재직중이다.
2002년한·일월드컵당시안전에기여한공로로녹조근정훈장을수여받았다.저서및논문으로《한국의자치경찰에관한공법적연구》,《불법사행성오락실의문제점과법규개정방향》,《청소년범죄예방을위한지역공동체의네트워크를통한선도전략》,《멘토를통한경영능력향상방안》,여자어린이성폭력예방백서《어린내딸이위험하다》등이있다.
